Returns and exchanges
Ready-made pieces may be returned or exchanged within 14 days, unworn and unaltered, with this invoice, the appraisal, the grading report and the packaging. Refunds go to the original payment method within 4-7 working days of our inspection. Custom, made-to-order, engraved and resized pieces are final sale.
- Return shipping is free for online orders. Tell us within 14 days of delivery (call (734) 459-8664 or email care@blueraydiamonds.com) and we send you a prepaid, insured return label. The piece comes back insured, with a signature on delivery.
- Exchanges are welcome on the same terms.
- In the store, bring the piece with its papers within 14 days.
Shipping
- Shipping is free, fully insured, with a signature on delivery. We ship within the United States.
- Pieces in stock leave the store within 1-2 business days; made-to-order pieces within about 20 working days. Each piece shows its own time before you pay.
- USPS Registered Mail arrives in about 5-10 business days; insured express by Parcel Pro (UPS or FedEx) in 1-2 business days when you ask for it.
- If we cannot ship by the date we gave you, we tell you before it passes and you may cancel for a full refund.
Warranty and care
Star Jewelry LLC covers defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner, provided the piece is checked by us every 6 months. Wear, impact, loss and work by others are not covered.
